By voluntarily registering my child/children for the races held on June 25, 2023, I give my consent and am aware of the following points:

1. I confirm that my child is physically able to withstand the exertion caused by running;

2. My child is free of health problems on the day of the race and I bear the parental responsibility for any deterioration of the health condition;

3. For safety reasons, unfavorable weather conditions (rain, thunder, high temperature) the organizer can completely cancel the race or make a change in the race schedule, of which I will be informed in a timely manner, without the right to any type of compensation or refund of already paid funds;

4. The organizer can freely use technical tools (cameras for painting and recording);

5. The organizer can publish without reservation the recordings and pictures that he made for his needs related to the promotion of the event (website, Facebook, Instagram, television media or printed materials) and are his property;

6. Due to non-compliance with organizational rules or inappropriate behavior towards responsible persons from the organization, towards other children and those present from outside, the organizer has the right to deny, remove or refuse the participation of the same child without subsequent responsibility towards the organizer by the parents;

7. I am aware that any running on an uneven surface, uphill or downhill, can cause injury or fall of my child;

8. Damage or loss of a child's personal belongings outside the time period of the race is not the responsibility of the organizer;

9. I will respect every decision of the organizer related to the order and order of children's arrival at the finish of the race;

10. I release the organizer from the obligation of subsequent delivery of unused gifts and vouchers caused by my failures;
