DEAR RUNNERS!

Please read carefully the schedule that is defined regarding the collection of starting numbers and race starts. You also have important information about your personal belongings after the race. Depending on weather conditions or unexpected changes on the field, you will be informed in time if we are forced to change the timing

23rd-FRIDAY
 

BIB AND PACKAGINGS DISTRIBUTION


12:00 - 19:00
All Races
  • The location is in the center of Bitola, on the main and most famous street Shirok Sokak in front of the Officers' House
  • We will check the mandatory equipment and you are responsible for carrying it with you when picking up the starting numbers

PELISTER XTR ULTRA 115 KM

START >>> 17:00 
  • The start is at the same location as the distribution of start numbers, which is the Officers' House
  • Runners at 115 km have the opportunity to hand over a personal yellow DROP BAG that will be waiting for you at the Molika Hotel refreshing station
  • Bring a packed and marked bag with a starting number no later than 30 minutes before the start of the race and drop it off at the designated place

TRANSPORT SERVICE

  • If you need to transport your own things to the FINISH AREA, you can do so
  • Prepare a transport bag with your belongings and hand it over to the marked place no later than 30 minutes before the start of the race
  • The bag will be waiting for you at the Strezevo finish line
  • Do not leave valuables but only equipment, clothes and hygiene items
START CEREMONY
  • All 115 km runners and their entourage, guests, fans, and relatives are asked to be at the starting point at 16:30 at the latest. We have a show time and detailed ceremony to introduce the runners, welcome speeches and information related to the race, as well as a live performance by a singer DIMITAR ANDONOVSKI who will sing the race anthem AKO ODAM VO BITOLA before official countdown together with us! Here are the lyrics of the song so you can sing along


24th-SATURDAY

BITOLA ULTRA 54 KM

START >>> 08:00

  •  The start is at the same location as the distribution of start numbers, which is the Officers' House

TRANSPORT SERVICE

  • If you need to transport your own things to the FINISH AREA, you can do it
  • Prepare a transport bag with your belongings and hand it over to the marked place no later than 10 minutes before the start of the race
  • The bag will be waiting for you at the Strezevo finish line
  • Do not leave valuables but only equipment, clothes and hygiene items
STARTER PACKAGING
  • Due to the time limit and preparation for the start before the start of the BITOLA ULTRA race, it will not be possible to pick up the start package on Saturday! Please make sure to complete it on Friday 23rd, thank you for your understanding

NEOLICA TRAIL 23 KM

START >>> 11:00

  • The start is at the same location as the distribution of start numbers, which is the Officers' House
  • Runners on the NEOLICA TRAIL who have not picked up their starting numbers and package have the opportunity to complete it on 24th between 08:00-10:30 at the latest! The start is at 11:00 without delay!

FINISH / SKI CENTER NIZEPOLE

  • All races end at the same location: Strezevo Ski Centar - Nizepole
  • At the finish line for all Runners we have included catering with refreshments, food and drink
  • Upon arrival at the finish line and entering the CHILLOUT ZONE - where you will receive a beer, softdrink, fruit, water, energy bars etc 
  • After arriving at the finish line, each runner has the opportunity to take a shower so that he can continue to enjoy and participate in the race events, do not forget to organize towels and fresh/warm clothings ( by organized transport service) for this purpose
  • Please use suitable bags, we will mark them with self-adhesive labels according to the starting numbers during handover
  • Cold and cooked food will be served from 14:00 to 20:00. We have the same offer and quantity for each participant at all times, regardless of when they arrive at the finish line. Please respect the organizers’ rules
  • From the 13:00 until 19:00 you will be entertained by local live music bands and DJs
  • The awarding of the winning trophies and prizes will be announced in a timely manner by Event Speaker and will take place according to the arrival of the runners at the finish line during the day
  • Return transport to Bitola has been organized for runners who do not have the possibility to return to their accommodation or vehicles
  • The schedule : 1st Bus at 16:30 and the last Bus at 20:00
  • Depending on weather conditions, schedule changes or additional shuttle-drives to Bitola are possible, Information will be forwarded on the spot
  • The zone has sanitary facilities and closed rooms
  • There is a possibility of additional purchase of supplies (food and drinks)

Markings

  • The official marking color at all PUTM races is YELLOW
  • Yellow flags will be placed on all lengths in a distance of max 200 m.
  • In parts where there is a lot of wind, stones or the path is divided, the correct direction will be additionally marked with an arrow on a stone or tree. The paint is made of dry chalk and after a short time it is wiped off on its own without any consequences for the environment (Made in EU with certificate)
  • Also at important intersections you will have tables with an arrow for the correct direction
  • If necessary, yellow tapes will hang on forest and urban areas.
  • In the night stage, as an additional marking, special reflective eyelets, white in color, will be installed. The reflection can be seen up to 100m, depending on the terrain
